1. Under normal circumstances, your service will be activated within 4 working days. However, subject to telephone line condition or location, it may take about one month or longer for the service to be activated.

We strongly recommend that you follow the minimum system requirements stated herein or those specified by the ADSL modem you have purchased, whichever is more stringent. SingNet will not be held responsible for any connection issues & disruptions arising from users' computers not being compatible or meeting the minimum system requirements of their ADSL modems.
4. SingNet BroadBand currently does not support Windows NT & any non-English Operating System.
5. SingNet BroadBand is not applicable for PABX, hunting line, ISDN, DID, key telephone system, Auxiliary line.
6. You will need the original Operating System CDs during installation
7. An additional service fee of $50 will be levied if the customer is not available for the installation appointment or does not meet the minimum system requirements.

To check if your personal computer or notebook meets the minimum system requirements, please follow these simple steps:
a. Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel
b. Double click on System - Check if it is Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows Millennium Edition, and if there is at least 32 MB RAM.
c. Double click on Universal serial bus controllers and check the versions.
d. Click on Cancel and Exit Control Panel
e. Double click on My Computer on your Desktop
f. Right click on your hard disk drive and click on Properties.
